The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the wide range cookware that I could use for my induction hob. Also, I liked the specialty cooking utensils that could be useful around the kitchen. Finally, the prices were reasonable for exceptional quality cookware.

The Customer Service was excellent

A very pleasurable Saturday afternoon browse that resulted in buying a few items. If you love to cook, then a visit is a must as large selection of cookware at reasonable prices.

The shop is a delight, everything is laid out to make shopping easy. We know the brand well and the quality at affordable prices. We were shopping for a large ‘not non stick pan’ for our son, the assistant was so helpful, just what we needed to make sure we were purchasing the right pan for his needs.

Always friendly helpful staff. Some items can be a bit overally expensive but at same time they always have good quality stuff for cheaper and their deals are very good. My rechargeable coffee grinder, which cost £20 is like the best thing ever, works perfectly and have freshly grounded espresso coffee every day as result, who needs to spend tons of money on a fancy grinder.
