This was our first visit to Procook, because we don't live in Canterbury. I was impressed with the shop. Also I felt that the prices of goods that we looked was very reasonable.
For a small store, it was so equipped with all daily items. Staff where very friendly and well knowledgeable with many items including how to get deliveries Well worth a visit!! ☺️

Impressed with Procook
This was our first visit to Procook, because we don't live in Canterbury. I was impressed with the shop. Also I felt that the prices of goods that we looked was very reasonable.

Staff were extremely helpful
Staff were extremely helpful. I had seen a cool bag in a magazine from your store that I really liked but there were none for sale on your online shop. In Canterbury it was the very last one in the window and your staff removed it from the display for me

the lady that helped me was so sweet…
the lady that helped me was so sweet !!! i have autism and struggle with social interactions but she was so kind and patient and guided me to exactly what i wanted ! she also helped me figure out how to maintain the knife i bought ! she had short hair i think it was ginger ? she was so nice !

Really excellent staff in the…
Really excellent staff in the Canterbury branch, perfect customer service in that they were very helpful as well as not pushy.
I was able to select the items I wanted, which I must add are of very high quality without feeling pressured. On checkout again fantastic service and care taken packing my items. I highly recommend the Canterbury store and will certainly be returning there again.
