we came to the store to buy a set of pans
we came to the store to buy a set of pans, the young lady who helped us was very helpful and knowledgable, we decided on the set we wanted, and roasting pan, we were very happy with the service we had. The staff were brilliant helping us and very friendly, well done to them.

Helpful but not in your face
Went in for a new steel frying pan, staff really friendly, informative and on hand but not on your shoulder. Bought a pan and am not disappointed at all, great price for a great pan.

I will not return or even look at Procook again!
Product ok. Quite happy with the kitchen knife set and block. I was asked if I required a carrier which purchased, the bag was 5 times bigger than it needed to be, I asked the lady cashier if they had a smaller bag she laughed and said you should of fetched your own then stood with a colleague giggling as I struggled trying to carry the big floppy bag.
I felt humiliated.

Bought 2lb tins to replace old so called guaranteed for life tins. I have only used them once but so far they have produced both bread and cake evenly cooked and they slid out easily
