Top class customer service
The two staff members were incredibly caring and helpful, and gave good advice when needed. They even gave me coffee whilst I waited for a discount transaction to take place. ProCook is now my first port of call for kitchen gear.

The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about her job and the products she was selling. Her advice was very welcome and without doubt it made us very happy to make the purchases we did. This was at the shop next to Dobbies in Chesterfield and will mean we won’t hesitate to return and recommend - great service. Thank you
