Everyone in the shop were knowledgeable about the product I was looking to buy, were helpful and I felt under no pressure to buy. In the end I bought a wrong product and returned the following day and changed it no problem.

We were greeted with a helpful smile and asked if there was anything we needed help with, nothing was too much trouble, great shopping experience, so much so we decided to return the week after and change up some other tableware items.
