Great shop - shame so little footfall
1st time I had been in shop
Staff welcoming
Very wide selection of kitchen / cookware items.
Shame no access to indoor shopping centre. I’m sure they would get more customers if it was . I go regularly but had never been to this shop as it is outside of the shopping centre maybe they could take up an empty unit.

Walnut crusher
I was unsure what I needed to crush Walnuts for my breakfast cereals, the lady assisrant didn't hesitate and pointed out two products that would meet my needs. I came away happy with my purchase

The assistant was very knowledgeable…
The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy towards any range but explained each ranges pros and cons, I was looking for a deep pan so tried all designs for weight more than anything and went for a middle of the ranges as I need a ‘not too’ heavy pan in the Elite forged stockpot.

Poor quality pan lost it's non stick
The pan has lost its non stick with in eight months. When we took it back to the shop you were very unhelpful and told us it was all are fault that we had used it in heat to cook food. We would not advise anyone to buy your goods.

Pro Cook ECO Range
This is the third pan I have purchased in the Pro Cook ECO range. The ones I have are great to use, easy to handle, not too heavy & easily cleaned. Price range is very good. Very pleased with purchase would recommend.

The 2 ladies are outstanding even as we didn’t spend a lot of money they gave their full time to help us .
We ordered an out of stock item and they contacted all the other stores and had them sent to store .

Not only where were you very impressed by the 25 year guarantee of the pro Cook products. But more so impressed by the knowledge, friendliness and approachability of the two staff working there that day.
A huge shout out to Hayley and Nadia, really helpful and very kind and thoughtful too. Nothing was a chore!
