Helpful, polite and accommodating.
I went in with a query about some granite ware pots that had not fared well in the dish washer. I love these pots and was disappointed that they looked much older than the 5 years old they are. After talking through the problems and having a look at the pots they were quickly exchanged for new. Something I had not really expected to be honest. I had just wanted to voice my dismay at the damage done and find out how to stop it getting worse if that was possible.
Thank you for adhering to the guarantee. And for the patient consideration given while I was in store, feeling somewhat awkward about my complaint. The new pots will be washed by hand. The new non stick surface is amazing in comparison to the old. I'm vey happy!

Really good quality of knives with cooking and cutting. When buying in Bristol Cribbs causeway, really good help from staff. Positive price and worth the amount paid and hoping the knives and block to last a long time. Would recommend definitely 👍

Always great service and products
Went in for a frying pan and the assistant was very helpful and offered guidance as to what type of pan I was looking for.
They are always helpful in the Cribbs Store and have time to explain everything

The offers that were on the day I purchased were excellent.
The lady that served me, was very friendly and pointed out more offers that I had not seen.
