Visited the Gretna store on Sunday and I was a bit daunted walking in as three members of staff standing at till area staring at us going round the store it was not a comfortable experience . Neither of us were approached or even greeted at any point and being called dearie at the cash desk while being served is a bit to much , I’m 51 not 81

Wanted some electric salt and pepper grinders and couldn't find them. A nice young lass asked if she could help us, and pointed us to them. Then helped us to choose them. Thanks very much they are great.
