Profit prioritised over safety or service
I bought a ceramic lined 3 piece pan set. The handles heat up when you use the large/steamer pot & are unsafe. I returned to the shop & asked for protection, for my teenager & I. I wasn't offered any or a return - dirdcted to email. Worse still was the quibling over an order no. Zero customer service. As a low income family we have to continue to use the set & both have frequent minor burns & spill food as we use a teatowel on the handles to pour the large pan into a collander - which gets in the way. Zero safety or care from ProCook.

So much choice but with help from lovely staff member I was able to purchase exactly what I needed.
