A staff member approached us within a few minutes of entering the store. Asked if we were after anything I particular. Told her we were looking for a paring knife. She showed us where they were, gave a brief explanation of the different types. When we picked a paring knife and utility knife, she advised us taking the set of three knives as it was financially better value. So we purchased the set of knives. Was worried about walking around merry hill shopping centre with knives but they were wrapped up in ProCook wrapping paper while we were looking around the store.

The member of staff that severed me was very knowledgeable and polite whilst I made my purchase. The store was clean and tidy and laid out well.

The lady who served me was very knowledgeable. I was able to try out the knife set I bought to make sure it felt right in my hand. It was very well balanced and matches lovely with my new kitchen.

Went into your Merry Hill store for the first time. There was a good range of items and the young lady who served us was extremely helpful and very friendly.

As I walked in with my son, I said let's go and find nanny's present....a store worker who was arranging equipment said good morning and asked what I was looking for. I told him and he directed me straight to the product. Great friendly customer service.
