The sales assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful when I was buying knives. The store was clean, well stocked with many kitchen gadgets I didn't know I needed!

It was our first visit to you store. The layout was good and everything was marked up. I was impressed with the items available and wish I had known about your store sooner. The staff were very approachable and helpful. It was salad plates that drew us in but we also left with the herb cutter that we had been searching for. I will definitely be popping in every time I am passing.

Customer service was excellent and very friendly- took the time to run through all the options of the ranges pointing out pros and cons.
Love my new Elite Forged Casserole dish. Doesn’t stick without using the dangerous PFOA chemicals. Used it every day since purchase.

We walked into the Milton Keynes shop and had a warm welcome from staff. They were very helpful and guided us to the bottle brushes we wanted. The products we bought were good quality.

Excellent service, guidance and help from the staff. Very professional. We bought a set of 3 x sharp knives for paring and slicing & a good durable non stick frying pan. Good value for money and long guarantee.

Very helpful staff. The lady we spoke to went out of her way to help. Very nice clean tidy shop with everything you would need for the kitchen ( maybe not the kitchen sink though) at reasonable prices.

I have bought many products from ProCook shops & am very pleased with them. Also the staff are always friendly and helpful. I normally shop at the Mansfield branch but the the friendly assistant in the Milton Keynes branch helped me choose a small pan to match my existing pans
