Wr visited shop to return Procook milk frother which was disappointing. Product seemed not reliable.
Colleague dealt with return item efficiently no quibble! We chose an upgraded Procook milk frother and paid the difference in price. Pleased with new milk frother!

These knives are a cut above the rest!!
Very pleased with our purchase of a set of three kitchen knives.both the quality and performance of these knives are really quite impressive bearing in mind the were less than £20.00. Staff were all friendly and helpful and informative. They told us about the product but were not pushy and let us make our own decision.
I can’t comment as I haven’t used the pans yet but they look good.
