ProCook - Oxford Opiniones

We had amazing advice from the extremely friendly and informative salesman.

Helpful staff and well presented and priced items.

Pro cook always has what we need for the kitchen and the staff are always excellent. This time, a few uni essentials sorted.

Extremely helpful assistant at the Oxford store. It was a busy Sunday but she still took the time to help with our purchase of a knife set and block. Also gave us a discount.

The staff were very helpful. I wanted an induction hob pan set, but not with the exact 6 pieces that were on offer. The staff were friendly and accommodating and helped me make a set of my choosing with a couple of substitutions

The young girl was friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure I knew about the relevant offer on the product i was buying but understood quickly that it wasn't something i was needing. Followed me to the till to process the transaction.

The shop had the glasses I had bought previously. The shop assistant was very helpful in looking up my previous purchases to confirm that the shop no longer carried the other set of glasses that I would have liked to augment.

Very helpful staff once you found somebody.

Good equipment. But only one staff member & it was busy

Good prices and good products, and the staff were lovely

Friendly and helpfull staff and good selection.

Friendly assistant in your Oxford store. Helpful and knowledgeable

Very efficient and helpful on the choice of the item I was buying

Excellent product, great value for money and the staff were extremely helpful, really appreciated that.

Lovely shop, found everything I was looking for plus a few handy extras I didn’t know were a thing. The member of staff that served us was great, I wish I’d got his name! Was very informative and efficient, sorted the warranties etc. and just gave us a really positive experience. Will definitely be popping back in next time I go past as I also found quality and prices very good.

I don't know too much about kitchenware and did not know what would work best for me, but the staff member was very kind and gave me a detailed explanation of each option. I ended up going with their recommendation and it is one of the best decisions I have made in regard to kitchenware purchases.

Staff very helpful and helped me with my purchase. Told me of promotions and deal. Thank you

Very good quality at a good price. Thank you very much
