Great Customer Service
I would recommend the store as the assistant was very helpful & took time to reassure me about the item having a guarantee if the item failed to work.

Knife racks: either or....
Deciding which knife rack would be the better the better choice. A magnetic one or a free standing open top. After a bit of
do we or don't we, we chose a free standing one without the (straws?).
The manager was most helpful and not being pushy, unlike in some other shops.
