Always a great experience in a Pro Cook shop... helpful staff, demos if needed and well-laid out displays. Staff pointed out that I could buy two cutlery sets at a very large discount, which was ideal for this gift - thank you!

We wanted a new bread knife, specifically for sourdough bread. The lady who assisted us, I think her name was Donna, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us three different options at different price points, explaining clearly the differences, which was very helpful. We were very pleased with our purchase and would certainly recommend ProCook to others.

Help given in choosing the knife I needed. Well laid out store. Like the quality of goods on sale.

Good frying pan, reasonably priced

A staff member called Donaa was extremely helpful to me. She talked me through frying pans and saucepans and helped me choose what was right for me. Five stars for Donna!

Good service , quick delivery high standard products

Popped in the shop to see the saucepans I was interested in after receiving an email with 20% off. I assumed it was an online discount and after mentioning the discount I was informed it applied in shop also. The staff were friendly and helpful so I bought 3 Pans then and there.
