I was served by James in the Solihull store. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the Induction pans. I forgot my pan dividers and rang the shop and they were delivered to my door. I was in there on Saturday and received them this morning which is Monday. Terrific service.

Fabulous knowledgeable staff

Great experience at Touchwood store
I’ve bought off Procook before on line but this was my first time at one of their physical retail outlets. I shall definitely return - great experience, fantastic staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

We went to buy new kitchen knives
We went to buy new kitchen knives. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made shopping easy and gave us the knowledge we needed to make an informed choice. We are very happy with the result
