Best shopping experience in a long time
We came into ProCook intending to buy several items. While looking at saucepans a sales assistant asked if we needed any help,we did. He then advised us about the saucepans. When we returned after deciding what set we wanted he was a further help, checking did we want non stick frying pan or not. Then advised us on knives and sharpener, utensils and offers.

We were very pleased with the help the staff gave us. Nothing was too much trouble . The whole experience was good and resulted in a second purchase after advice from the assist

Half the shop was shut so we were unable to see half of the products

Very helpful staff. Found exactly what I was looking for. Even to the point of letting me try out chopping knife before I decided which knife setwas thinking of buying.
As I spent over £100,free parking was a bonus I wasn't expecting.
