The store had the item I required, to replace a worn out pot, was in stock, and at a reasonable price (especially with the sale). The member of staff (Fatema) was excellent. She showed me where the item was on display and confirmed that the handle design has altered slightly. She then got me a pot out of the stock room. She then pointed out to me that the non stick coating of the pot had been changed, so it was really only suited to 'medium' and not 'high' heat, although there was another version that was available that was suitable for 'high' heat. She showed me the pot on display and I decided to go for that one, so Fatema then returned to the stock room with the older style pot and got me the newer one, which I then purchased. Fatema elwas polite and professional throughout, and a credit to the store!
