Slow shipping, great product
Ordered this early December. Finally received the product late January. They didn't even process my order for 2 weeks. Support couldn't do much to help things along. They didn't seem to be in a hurry to get my purchased product to me. Wanted it as a Christmas present but ended up waiting 2 months instead.
The product is great and my desk is everything i wanted it to be. Assembly was a little tricky, but nothing i couldn't figure out. A video of assembly would have been nice.

The desk is working out great
The desk is working out great. Which there was a pull out drawer that was longer and thinner sorta like a keyboard drawer. One that had sides that could be used for pencils,pens,etc.

The V-ryzer purchase experience from ordering to delivery and build was a breeze. Building it requires assistance, which was fun.
Using it daily is where this desk shines. It has lots of desktop space and practicality. My only concern is the sharp right-angle corners at each end. It was easily fixed with some rubber corner guards.

Dual Ryzer frame. Good stuff.
Got a Dual Ryzer frame, my first order from Pregressive. Had questions about the product, and customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful. Three boxes arrived within two days of each other and packaging kept the contents unscathed.
Very impressed with the fit and finish, and quietness of operation. Better than expected. Have used other companies in the past, but I think Progressive is a better value.
Thanks guys, looking forward to my next project!

Great product, bad packaging
Let me start out by saying the desk is great. Easy to put together, great quality, heavy, sturdy, it will last forever. The problem was with shipping and an unkept promise. I received the desk, which was too heavy for the box it was shipped in. Parts were missing. Instead of reshipping just the needed parts, they shipped an entire new base. Again the desk base was too heavy for the box and even more parts were missing. Fortunately the parts I needed were still in the 2nd box. I used what I needed and had the remainder sent back. The company told me they were going to give me a 10% refund, which they never did.

The desk is very useful and works but shipping was awful
The desk is very useful and works. The shipping was awful!! Not only did we have to wait over 2 months for the legs and the motor, but when it came all of the pieces were placed haphazardly in one box, unwrapped and the legs were scratched. We did receive a partial refund, but probably won't be ordering anything else from Progressive Desk.

Their service is great. Had to send one of my linear actuators back and they provided a prepaid return ups return label and had sent a replacement immediately.
