I was delighted with the service that I received. After a short telephone conversation to establish our requirements, I placed the order and to my great surprise it was delivered the next day - when I expected to wait 7-10 working days. When we opened the box we realised that the HDMI cable was missing - and it only took one email to notify Just Projectors and the cable arrived soon after. I am very happy with the advice and service that I received and I can confidently recommend the company to other customers who are looking for competent and professional advice.

Bought Sony 90j65 oled tv.Delivery was fast,but tv was not working.Contacted company.Staff were very friendly and contacted Sony for a replacement tv.This model tv no longer available from Sony.This is where the magic happens.Just Projectors offered me the newer model,Sony 65 95k oled tv for no extra cost,which I gratefully accepted.Replacement tv arrived and set up by totally professional local company at no extra cost.(Correct tv company from Nottingham)Everything perfect.I am 1 very happy customer of Just Projectors and would highly reccomend them for thier faultless service from start to finish.Great communication,friendly staff plus promise fullfilled of newer model tv if necessary.Best company I have dealt with for many many years.

Asked me to send a copy of my driving licence to place an order to confirm my billing address. Needless to say I cancelled the order and did not receive a response to my cancellation request. Poor experience.

Excellent product, well packaged, distributor's sales staff were friendly & helpful. However, fast delivery was requested and promised for 21/04/23; ability to track delivery and pre-delivery phone call were also requested since delivery destination was unmanned. Supplier's driver eventually arrived late morning 24/04/23 with no prior warning, and no tracking possible.

I needed advice on the right projector for my husband so I messaged Just Projectors. Rather than message back and forth I asked if I could have a contact number .
Instantly I was on the phone to Keith, who could not have been more helpful .
He was able to recommend the whole package we would need , with products that would not break the bank . I even sent photos of my lounge and measurements and he made everything make sense to me : a complete novice with tech .
I feel his advice was completely impartial and knowledgable and he did not try to recommend VERY expensive products to me .
Unfortunately , I was not able to complete an order , but I would strongly suggest anyone wishing to purchase any visual products give this company a call .

I was confused by online product reviews and needed advice on what projector would meet my needs. Just Projectors not only took the time to talk me through the options available but were also able to price match the item to the cheapest available online.

We are a Village Hall that has been working with Just Projectors for many years, mainly for the supply of Screens and Projectors.

Post-Covid we needed to improve the facilities in our Hall, and although our initial objective was to make life easier for our monthly Rural Cinema team, we also wanted to make projection facilities much more available for other hirers.

The Hall already had a superb Sony projector (provided by Just Projectors) but wanted to look at the feasibility of mounting this within the beams of our vaulted ceiling (without ruining the aesthetics of the Hall) and replace our screen with one that did not need a team to erect it.

Just Projectors provided all the equipment needed and arranged for Total Audio Video Solutions to specify the project and then carry out the install. Being a Village Hall with lots of Users, the flexibility of everyone involved was a pre-requisite.

The completed job is excellent and beyond the Committee's expectations. Now, with very simple connection, the system can be used for our Rural Cinema, but equally for anyone that brings along their own playing device. The installers even linked it to our PA. There is not a wire in sight.

A brilliant job and anyone who wants a recommendation for either Company is welcome to contact me (through Just Projectors of course). Definitely 5+ Stars.

This is clearly a reliable supplier with an excellent range of products and competitive prices. Equipment availability on the website is not up to date. I placed an order for one remaining projector which was processed by the site. It was no longer available and neither was the alternative that was recommended. I found another excellent alternative on the site and was able to get that by discussion over the phone. It was dispatched very promptly and the pending balance cleared on my Paypal account. Just Projectors were completely honest in their dealings with me, but were lax in keeping me posted on supply issues. I had to take the initiative in discovering the problem and selecting alternatives in a situation where I wanted to move quickly.

I use Just Projectors for all my AV requirements. As always, sound advice, great service and good value. What more can you ask for!
