Property Moves and the team are absolutely amazing. Communication with them, especially Shelb, has been second to none. I always hear back promptly, and any requests are forwarded to the landlord without hesitation. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and always on hand to address any needs. I’ll be very sad to no longer have them as my letting agent, as finding a decent one that’s genuinely there to help is extremely difficult!

I used Property Moves to look for rental flat recently and found them very helpful and professional. I particularly liked the polite and friendly customer service, both in person and online. Emailed on Tuesday afternoon to report a problem with my front door bell for the entry system. Wednesday morning and engineer called and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.

Any issues I’ve had have been resolved quickly and competently, with no fuss nor bother.

Jez was absolutely amazing with our viewing. Went above and beyond to let us know about the property and area, and whilst we didn't go for it, we wouldn't hesitate getting back to him in the future.

Jez and Daniella were always friendly and informative, keeping us in the loop of how our rental agreement was going and making sure we felt comfortable during the process. While there were some initial misunderstandings about the specifics of the property we were looking to rent, these were quickly and efficiently cleared up and both of them helped us get ready for our new home.
