I ordered a Geralt of Rivia sword and had a minor mishap with the age verification (pardon the pun) The customer service team were quick to get back to me and sent the sword out so quick.

I was genuinely shocked by the quality of the handle and the sword itself. Its clearly something that was built and not factory produced like most stuff these days.

Ive never seen my boyfriend so happy with a present. This has definitely set a bar for next year. Thanks guys, you've made his year!

Website is easy to navigate around and the ability to pre order with either a 10% deposit or pay fully is a welcome addition.

Great products, great service and great communication. Really good knowledge about current and upcoming products. Products always come impressively well packed, which, as an in box collector is extremely important to me but also very rare. Communication was great and generally a great team to talk to, the owner was ill which everyone gets and is understandable however he sent out my good and refunded the delivery although I didn't ask for it. Very happy first time customer. I wanted 3x Neca figures which are not readily available on the shop shelves. I searched for them and found them at a price that was better than the competition and all in stock. Never having heard of Props & Replicas before I was apprehensive of buying for the first time. I searched the reviews and it all checked out okay so I made the purchase. They were dispatched the next day and arrived in possibly the most well packaged state I have ever had goods of this type. I will 100% be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone else who wants one of their items.

Had a figure brought for me for Christmas. My fiance isn't too clued up on figures. Said these guys helped her a great deal. Especially hearing she had poor service else where at a place we had used before. Said these guys helped her get the figure without issue and gave her advice as she wasnt sure. The last ronin figure I received was perfect. Also packaged well. Thanks for everything guys.

If I could give any higher review I absolutely would. The service this website offers is just fantastic. I ordered a Deadpool figure very early in the morning and it was dispatched same day. The figure turned up way ahead of when I expected it to. Great prices and packages have always shown up with such love and I have never had a damaged order. An absolutely fantastic place to get all of the gaming/movies/TV shows etc memorabilia you could ask for. 110% the first place I'm coming to.

I started off using Props & Replicas about a year or two ago, where they had something in stock that no other place had. The figure came when it was released, and everything was great with it. But after that though, I unfortunately didn't use them for some time and stuck to the ones who were my regulars at the time.

I say unfortunately because I came to find out this is a fantastic company that I wish I'd supported sooner. Once I'd done a bit more business with them and realised that they really were great, I decided to make them my go to and I have not regretted it. Great prices, fast shipping, and my orders have always arrived well packaged with immaculate figures inside.

Recently I placed a big order there and regretted one of my preorders in the order. I contacted them and asked if I could make some changes. From experience, some places would make a big deal out of this, but the owner, Curtis, was really friendly and genuine and helped me sort what I needed with no issue. That was just today and the driving force behind me wanting to leave this review.

Other than that, as I say the owner is a real cool guy, have had some chats about figures and preorders, if there's going to be any more stock on things that have been sold out, etc, just very helpful and friendly.

A few times they've had good stock of things that other places aren't very good for, if any stock at all in other places. But Props & Replicas is a great place all round and they deserve to do well, so whatever you're after, give them a shot, you won't regret it :)
