Five star service
Courier damaged the product and didn’t deliver it. Told the company and a new order was sent out that day and arrived safely. Looks as good as it did in the picture. 5 star service and very happy.

Fantastic experience
Ordered a few things from P&R over the past few months and couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The website is clear and straightforward (this sounds like a minor thing, but it makes shopping so stress free). There's a fantastic selection of items, incredibly good prices, and out-standing customer service. Delivery always prompt and items have always arrived in impeccable condition. Keep it up, folks!

I am very sorry I could not fulfil the orders as soon as liked, unfortunately we don't all receive stock at the same time or we (Retailers) only receive small allocations at a time currently, so it isn't always possible to fulfil all orders at once or the same time as other retailers, as we aren't all relying on the same suppliers, as most of us get stock at different times due to different suppliers / shipments, so I can only apologise I haven't reached the standard I always strive to reach for your orders, but as noted if an order is ever wished to be cancelled and refunded it is never a problem and will be processed as quickly as possible as noted.

Unprofessional
Ordered a rare action figure online with Props & Replicas, happy to have found it at a good price. The next day I simply received a message from Paypal to say my payment had been refunded. Very disappointed that P&R show figures in stock that are not, but more so that they couldn't even be bothered to send some kind of personal message with an explanation or apology. There are more reliable and professional places out there than these guys.

I am very sorry to see this negative review. Could I just confirm you are leaving feedback for the correct company? Given I am a one man band as it where, I am quite confident there must be more to this issue than stated. As for one I can not find an order on the system under this name, or one which shares the same surname that has been cancelled or refunded? If you could provide some further information as to when this negative experience has happened, I would be more than happy to help rectify the issue.
As mentioned I personally handle all orders myself and if there was ever an issue with an order I would notify yourself within 24-48 hours of the order being placed and not a week later. (Perhaps my correspondence have ended up in a junk / spam folder if there has been a need to contact yourself about an order.) As customer service is my top priority as many people will confirm across social media platforms and previous reviews. So I am not sure what has happened here, other than possible confusion with another company?

My first order with Props and Replicas
My first order with Props and Replicas went really well. First I paid a £2 deposit for a pre-order and then the balance when the item came into stock. It was packed REALLY well, dare I say with love and care. It was also a tricky figure to get hold of (sold out most places) so I was happy to get it at RRP. I will use props and replicas again for sure.

Great communication, good accurate service
Have used Props and Replicas a few times now and have experienced really excellent customer service. I had a few queries about some items and received fast, polite and helpful responses. The items were well packaged and received on time. A real plus is how they manage pre-order dates, dates are updated when they change and seem to be accurate as to when the item will actually arrive in stock.
