Was offered a low interest rate, but after the loan was agreed found that the interest rate is for the full loan across the term, and not the reducing balance.

So the actual rate paid works out much higher than 12.99% we were lead to believe.

Misleading and I think we're now worse off than if we had stayed away.

Their response below to my review makes no sense in relation to what I said - I don't need a deferred payment I need you to learn how to be transparent and upfront.

James was incredibly friendly and professional at the same time. He engaged with me to make me feel relaxed and assured. He explained the process very clearly and also offered options for me to consider.
My needs were were more than adequately met and indeed the experience was far above what I had expected. Overall a fantastic customer experience for me.
