By the time I'd spent literally all day talking to EE about my broken phone, I was very frustrated. I went to this shop and in brief, Jeet sorted the problem. I have to say what was more important than that was his very good customer care, taking extra time to do this or that for me and explaining things to me which I needed because by the time he was helping me, I'd lost the plot at the hands of EE customer service/insurance. I'd recommend this shop to anyone for good advice, good products, fair prices.

What a lovely experience and young couple that helped us with my mother in-laws new phone. Transferred all the data from a very old phone which itself required an update to do this due to its age. Went for a coffee due the snail pace of the old phone and on return had set everything up for her , pin code ,explained biometrics , the lot done which saved me the time of which we didn't have as we were going separate 40 mile ways after the shop. Everything on new phone is exactly the same place for her and now she can use biometrics 😊.
Realising my mother in-law is a pensioner the lovely couple gave her quite a few additional items , gratis!
Cannot thank you both enough for your time.
Highly recommend this place in Harrogate, have used others but best for price and assistance for me by some distance.

You can trust them. They are friendly and patient. Bought my phone 3years ago and still going well. Now bought a watch.

Day 1 - Asked for a new battery for my iphone6, 2 staff in shop looked at phone and said they had to have battery sent from a local associated shop, come back in 30 mins which i did … no battery. Then asked to come back tomorrow battery will be ready when we open at 9.00.
Day 2 - arrived 9.20 to find shutters locked on both sides of shop. Returned at 1pm was told buses were running late but theres always 2 staff in this shop. Anyway my new battery not yet received they said theyd put back together my phone so i could use it, come back and battery will be in tomorrow. But no features of the phone worked so i went back again. They then loaned me a second hand phone they had for sale and put my sim in it but that also did not work after id got home
Day 3 came back and picked up my phone with new battery so went home expecting all ok but again not put back together again properly. Went back to cause a stink .. they (1 of the 6 staff i dealt with seemed to know what he was doing and he told me all would be ready in an hour. It was finally ok after id picked it up.
My lasting impression of this shop - disorganised and non technical apart from final, 6th guy.
They may be ok for selling vapes and new gadgets but from my experience most of the staff havent got a clue re solving basic phone problems

Fantastic friendly service, repaired 2 contract phones with ease!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The "technician" made my phone worse and has essentially rendered it unusable. I had a problem with the moisture detection on my Samsung S22 Ultra. After he opened it a changed a part, the phone, doesn't recognise the sim cards, the battery dies in less than half a day, Samsung pay no longer works, watching videos skips every 2 or 3 seconds, can't show 24h clock and can't run diagnositics. I called and spoke to the guy who kept telling me he had fixed the problem and the issue was with the "motherboard" when I questioned him about the motherboard, he couldn't answer my questions. All the problems arose after he opened the phone. He didn't seem to understand my simple explanation that there was only 1 issue before he touched the phone and after he touched it, it essentially became an expensive piece of glass and plastic as it is utterly useless now. Having tried to resolve the problem amicably and failing, I will have to seek legal recourse to recover the cost of replacing the phone and the money spend on him "fixing" the phone. I have emailed them twice with the reference number but no response.

My daughter had broken her screen and was quoted 35-190£ for it from various shops but imobile (Kareeb) fixed it in a min without a charge. I went today to replace 2 iphone X screens and was offered a very reasonable price. Its such a pleasure to come across such honest, hardworking and kind people. You have a permanent customer and I will come with a box of chocolates to thank next time.
