I booked a service having been recommended by a friend my Kona only done 7000 miles not I year old and given a Gold service which was not required I have to say the response as been first class and explained in full how the mistake occured and refunded the overcharge straight away .A very welcome outcome and will be a regular customer from now on

Pleasant efficient member of staff. Repaired the puncture in the tyre which avoided having tyre replaced.

Polite and attentive staff that went out of their way to assist with what turned out to be a unrepairable puncture. Fitted a new tyre within the hour and I was on my way.

Replaced worn front tyre and fitted new one that I booked online. Good timely manner done in 30mins.
They even put air in my other front tyre as asked that I had fitted by another firm due to puncture at the time which didn’t put enough in (KwikFit mobile) but ProTyre in Ashbourne did this for me better. I would have gone directly to ProTyre Ashbourne for both tyres but due to bad puncture would risk damaging alloy.
They took care in my vehicle on ramps, and interior with cover on my leather seat and steering wheel cover, all looked smart and no residue like most places on the alloy wheel.
Top service!! Always recommend for tyres!

I had a last-minute issue while I wasn’t local to the area and went to Protyre - Ashbourne. The team were incredibly helpful and reassuring from the start.

As a woman, garages can sometimes feel intimidating, but I felt completely comfortable and in safe hands. They explained everything clearly, didn’t talk down to me, and most importantly didn’t try to rip me off or suggest unnecessary work.

A really positive experience during what could have been a stressful situation — I’d definitely recommend them.
