The best service I have encountered at…
The best service I have encountered at any tyre/MOT centre. I went a few years ago for a slow puncture repair with another car, so returned when I had another slow puncture with a newer car. The service, honesty and price was top notch then and it has not changed. Highly recommended .

Leak after oil change!
The car was serviced a week ago with an oil change, since then my car has had an oil leak! The response after my second visit was I needed to call another garage to have them look at it as there is nothing Protyre can do as they can’t get the part. Which I find difficult to believe as they can be bought off Amazon. From a simple oil change I am left with a car I can’t drive for over two weeks until it can be looked at by a competent garage. I am disappointed that protyre have not provided better after service care, particularly as there is a risk that this is something they may have caused which will be costing me in excess of £500 to put right.

Flat tyre after a holiday away.
we had just arrived home from holiday and drove back from Newcastle airport. Almost home when the tyre went flat. Pumped it up enough to get home. Drove to Protyre in partners car to ask if they stock the tyres I've had in the past. They did and said they could do it straight away. Drove home and the tyre was completely flat again. So pumped it up enough to get it to Protyre where they replaced the tyre for me. Very happy with their service with a smile. Thank you :)

Fantastic service from the lads
Fantastic service from the lads, paid for a tyre online, unfortunately the system sold me a tyre they didn't have but the manager moved heaven and earth to get me one, one of the lads went to pick it up and fitted it immediately.
