They where very helpful bought two tyres the tyre warning light was on and they sorted it for me thanks very much.

Excellent service
Was able to change tyres while I waited without an appointment.
The tyres needed were in stock. Customer service was excellent. Only reason why it was not 5 stars is because I was told it would take a certain amount of time but it ended up taking twice as long, however they were busy and I had just turned up so I understood.

MOT WORK SUBCONTRACTED AND VERY MISLEADING TIME SLOTS
Booked an Mot at Protyre Brigend . I had no idea there there were two branches and I turned up at the old Celtic Tyres only to find that the MOT was booked into the Litchard depot.
I had the impression from the online booking that I was booked for a 1 hr slot and that I could simply wait at the premises. In fact I discovered that the MOT work is subcontracted to a garage down the road and that I would be notified when ready. I had to walk about 2 miles to Bridgend town centre to catch a bus home 10 miles away.
Around four hours later I received a call stating that the car was ready. Of course that entailed another 10 mile bus trip.
Misleading time slots made me waste my entire day with massive inconvenience.
Would I book another MOT with Protyre? ABSOLUTELY NOT. SUBCONTRACTING MOT'S IS TOTATALLY MISLEADING AND NOT MADE CKEAR WHEN BOOKIN ONLINE. ONE EXTREMELY DISGRUNTLED EX CUSTOMER.
