Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the service I received following a failed MOT left a sour taste in my mouth. I have used Protyre for years for the MOT’s on my car, but I was told that as they aren’t diesel specialists, to go & Google how to sort getting the issues looked at! Wasn’t given any advice or recommendations at all on how I could get the car through the mot. I was informed I had 10 days to book in for a retest, but was also told “don’t call on day 8 expecting to get the car retested in time”.
Considering I had no idea how to fix the issues at the time, this didn’t fill me with any confidence at all!
I’ll use a different garage in future, which is a real shame.

I had my tracking done about 2 weeks…
I had my tracking done about 2 weeks ago on a E220d I was told on the day that my tracking was out so I told them to do it and keep the steering straight. I drove away and the steering was slightly to the right and I got a print out to show the tracking green. I just popped into to Steven Andrew’s tyres and auto care to be told my tracking is out! Absolutely gutted having spent money on tracking with protyre in Bridgwater and the job wasn’t even done properly. So take my advice and go somewhere else.
Ok this is just to update after leaving my review. At the end of August I finally had my refund. Even though I had a bad experience on the day I must say that John the Manager has been very helpful I will also point out that after leaving the review I had been contacted by Protyre who have been very helpful therefore as a result of this I will give 5 🌟 for communication and support. I have used the other one in Bridgwater and given them a good review for changing my air conditioning gas.

The manager went out of his way and fitted new tyres to the front of my car , he was under great pressure with two staff out !
