I ordered online for two tyres at the Bishopsworth branch. I arrived on time and my tyres were fitted very politely and very efficiently by the staff there. The branch was very busy with bookings and people just turning up, but the staff stayed cool calm and effective. I found the price for my tyres to be very competitive with other supplier’s plus the branch is very local.

I arrived early and was dealt with straight away. Good service.

Service by the guys for a puncture repair was fine it wasn’t until I read the invoice when home that I realised I’d been charged over £4.00 on a £35.00 bill for an “ environmental “ charge!
I know you have to dispose of used tyres but for a repair that’s just taking the p***, won’t be returning.

Easy to book an MOT on line. Good customer service.

Considering they were very busy they did my tyre on time agreed and professionally they have never let me down.
