The staff were knowledgeable and helpful only downside was the waiting area .But this didn’t stop me from using the garage again a couple of weeks later

Improve your contacting system
Although promised,no phone call to tell that car was ready after service. Phoned but no response,allin all phoned4 times before garage answered.
Apart from that(which is annoying if you need a bus as I do to get to garage) everything was great

Despite being busy as usual, the attention provided is always friendly and they deliver on given timings for collection.
The work undertaken is, from what I can see, done to a high standard and the feedback is easy to interpret.

Guys that work at Bathwick Tyres…
Guys that work at Bathwick Tyres Cardiff, friendly and professional. However, the on line booking service which used for our service was appalling. Ten o’clock appointment, tyres were not fitted (2of) until 11.30. Take this into consideration if using Bathwick Tyres
