Colchester Pro Tyre Depot. Discussed issues regarding brakes they showed me what was wrong on the car. Offering me a competitive price for the replacement of parts. Also I had 2 new tyres again showing me options of tyres. Good customer service fair pricing, professional staff.

Absolutely brilliant set up. I called in on Friday, the 23rd of Jan to have my tracking done. It was a timed appointment for lunchtime. I turned up on time, they took my motor off me, and it was straight on the ramps. Within minutes, the guy at reception called me over and said, your front tracking is OK, but your rear is out of toe. They cracked on with it and got it done.

The whole experience at Protyre Autocare was brilliant. The price was on point, too.

I brought my wife’s car in for tracking and although I didn’t understand, Jake at the counter explained it very well. John did a great job of aligning my wife’s car. Her car now drives straight and very smooth. Will be coming back here, she is very impressed!

I’ve spoken to Jake over the phone and he was extremely helpful, polite and was patient in answering all queries I had. He is a lovely young man! He answered all of my questions, I don’t know a lot about cars, however he explained everything that was needed in fine detail and in a way that I was able to understand! Jake was able to book me in the same day. The job was completed efficiently and to a good standard. Will be returning 100%, would recommend this branch to anyone!
