The team was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done—no pressure, no upselling. The quality of the work was excellent.
They finished the service on time and at a fair price. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

Fantastic Service.
I booked and paid for a tyre for the next day as I had a flat, and the guys assured me it would be done in time for me to get to work the next day at 11am.
It was, the price was extremely fair and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be using the garage again for future MOTs and tyres, would 100% recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service and efficient team
I had a very positive experience at Protyre Crawley. The staff were welcoming, professional, and kept me fully updated throughout. They explained the work clearly without pressure, and the turnaround was quicker than expected. The pricing felt fair and transparent, and the overall service gave me real confidence in the team. No communication with, mot done, quote on work needed, if, or, how long the work will take, over priced, ripped off again, not the first time, had enough of it, will never use again.
