Went beyond usual. My payment had been taken on-line but failed to show up in the branch IT system. The made several phone calls and it was located and I got my tyre.

Crewe branch I bought two run flat tyres for my…
I bought two run flat tyres for my Mercedes on the website at the price of £234.62 (half price tracking), they rang me after they had the car for two hours saying it does not use run flat tyres, i said ok what tyres do you have they said Royal Explorer at £90 each, i said ok fit them, they said they would refund the £234.62, when i went to collect the car i paid the new bill of £232.37, and took the car away. When i looked at the invoice they sent me a couple of day later by email they had given me the cheapest tyres they had at £60.06 each, charged me full price for the tracking to be done and every extra they could to bring the bill up to £232.57, all most the same as the original bill, so basically they sold me the cheapest budget tyres of £120.12, for the same price of midrange tyres i originally ordered for maximum profit...
I feel i was ripped off

Arrived at centre ready for MOT and…
Arrived at centre ready for MOT and male worker told me that they couldn’t complete my MOT as the MOT tester was ill. The centre didn’t inform me so I had a wasted journey. The male worker was rude and abrupt and had a really poor attitude asking me ‘what do you expect me to do about it’ He offered no solutions and told me to take my car for an MOT somewhere else if it was urgent. I explained that I still had a few weeks left on my MOT but because I was going away on holiday for 2 weeks I needed it doing before I went.

Good, efficient service
Good, efficient service.
Unlike some tyre places where you book and they leave you sat waiting, these guys were ready at the booked time.
