Fantastic service all round ! 😀 The website booking was easy to do . When I arrived I was greeted by the excellent lady behined the counter although the place was busy. The car was done in the agreed time and the fitter was very polite . Everyone had a smile on their face . The emailed car health report is an excellent bonus and goes that extra mile . I discovered a puncture mid-afternoon on a Saturday, so phoned to see if I could come in straight away to (hopefully) have the tyre repaired, and was told 'yes'.
Fortunately, the damage was repairable and I was on my way home in next to no time.
Have always had good service at this branch, which is why I keep returning when the need arises.

I find the report on tyre wear, brake pad and brake disc after each service and MOT a very useful record.

The tyre fitter did a great job replacing the two front tyres. One had a problem of losing pressure and needing pumping up weekly and also poorly balanced causing steering wheel wobble at speed. Now those issues are fixed. Very professional, polite and helpful service. Many thanks Bathwick Devizes.
