90 minutes to change two tyres...
Visited Protyre on a quiet Tuesday morning to get two new front tyres fitted. There were only two other people already in the waiting room, no alignment or extra tracking jobs required, just a simple tyre change.
It took 90 minutes to hand back the keys, which is far too long for a straightforward job when the garage isn't busy. Unacceptably slow service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Arrived at Protyre
Arrived at Protyre, was advised they only had electric back on for the last 40 minutes, was then advised I had to wait 40-50 minutes because of the back log, 1 other customer waiting who was have an M.O.T, they also advised if the power went again my wheel could be stuck on the machine until power is restored. I know it’s not the staffs fault but all the negative information & no positivity, I waited 10 minutes then asked if I could take the tyres & go somewhere else & get them fitted at my expense, I staff member said he needed to check, he returned & said they can fit the tyres now.
