Only two fitters working, stacked out with work, but still got me sorted, really grateful

I returned to the Garage as my wheel alignment was done but the problem still presented, a mechanic I had look at the car said the job had not been done right and the steering wheel had not been centred prior to doing the job.

I’ve had both the front and rear wheel alignment done but unfortunately my car still pulls to the right so I can only assume it is another problem causing it.

The managers on both visits were very helpful and polite but not meaning to sound like a miserable individual, does the workforce need to swear so much as it gives an unprofessional feel to the place to both waiting customers ans those passing by.

An ok job done but in truth, I won’t be returning to that garage as I personally find the one round the corner more professional.

The guys were very friendly & explained everything they were going to do, they were also very knowledgeable.

They did change my tyres but I had asked them to check the other tyres but they didn't as one if the tyres had a nail in so ended up with a flat tyre on Sunday.

Tyre PSI reading on my door plate is 31 PSI.
It felt like I was driving on ice when I left so went to check tyre pressures and was set at 40 PSI. Possible mistake?
