Exceptional customer service
Firstly took my BMW 135i in for 2 new front tyres and rear brake pads. All work done really quickly for a competitive price. Really happy with standard of work, even re initialised TPMS.
Took BMW M2 back following week for 4 tyres. Again, outstanding service and pricing. Staff really friendly, helpful and polite, even if they are struggling for staff numbers. Did all 4 tyres while I waited. Even double checked torque setting ‘just to be sure!’
Will use Peo Tyre Syston every time, absolutely brilliant customer service - thank you so much.

The guys were really helpful and no pushy sales tactics , took the time to find the right tyres for my budget. The service was very quick and efficient, hardly any waiting for the tyres or for them to get fitted I was in and out in 20 minutes!

Wheel Alignment Woes
I had taken advantage of ProTyre's half-price wheel alignment offer to book in three vehicles for four-wheel alignment.
None of the vehicles were four wheel aligned.
Two of the vehicles couldn't had been aligned at all, one owing to corrosion (which cannot be helped..!) and another having a lesser-used suspension setup unfamiliar to the technicians at the garage.
The third vehicle could only be front wheel aligned for the same reason above; technicians unfamiliar with the suspension setup.
On the day of our visit, despite booking in advance (and agreeing with the garage that we wanted four wheel alignments) - we felt rushed as the garage only had two members of staff in, which I understand to be for unexpected sickness - which again, cannot be helped and was unfortunate.
I took a bit of legwork from my end to have a refund issued by the garage, as it seems as if it had been muddled up. Once clarified, I had one returned but I had to chase via ProTyre customer service to get the other (who were excellent may I add!)
This is all a shame as the garage has the proper Hunter Alignment gear but simply not adequate staff to use it.
We took our business to a local garage, who charged double ProTyre's standard rate -- but knew all about the specialised suspension setup on these vehicles (including electronic Air Suspension calibration) and carried out the work without issue. Definitely well worth it in my opinion.

I run a community transport charity and I've used Protyre Syston 3 times in the last couple of months, and every time the notice on the desk says "please bear with us as there are only 2 members of staff working today." Despite this they have been superb every time. Can't praise them enough.
