Exceptional service from the team at Protyre Wigston. Welcoming, polite and professional staff, job was sorted in the timeframe promised, no pushy sales either just an honest assessment and recommendations of future work. Nice to see a proper torque wrench used on wheel nuts too, not just gunned up like others do. Highly recommended

booked in for 2 front tyres and tracking 12 noon, with completion time of 3.00. p.m. this meant trying to kill 3hrs shopping etc. as had anticipated 2hrs to complete job, your operative said he would try to push it through asap and he called me at 2.15. with saying would be ready in 15 mins. Well done.

Friendly service
Friendly service. I planned for 4 tyres to be fitted but only two were ordered so I had to go back later in the day , fortunately I could return later so was just an inconvenience for me. I was compensated and kept informed. Thank you

Brakes not checked properly.
Tyres were a good price and fitted very well. The included brake safety check was a useful addition but unfortunately the rear brakes weren’t checked as they were reported as drum brakes, they are definitely not drums but discs all round.
This now makes me uncertain if the checks were actually done properly or just a tick box exercise. Either do properly or not at all.
I would use protyre again though.

Been dealing with you for years when under walkers tyres. Always helpful and all staff work hard to solve any problems you may have. From tyres, puncture and MOT. Would recommend 100 percent.

Great garage for a local!
I've recently bought a runaround and it had a couple of advisories on the suspension from the previous MOT, and I've started getting some slight steering knocking noises, plus the steering was at an angle to drive straight. Protyre being down the road having the facilities to carry out an alignment was a plus, and having a free steering inspection check they've been thorough with what they've found.
The only slight odd note was that they didn't mention about the boots perishing on the shock absorbers. I found this out when I jacked the car up myself later at the weekend to check what needed replacing. Quick and friendly service though, cheers!
