Booked an appointment to have 2 new tyres fitted for 10:30am . I arrived at the garage at 10:20 and reported to reception, I was then told my car would be ready in one hour’s time. I asked why it would take so long seeing I had an appointment, I was told that they had 3 cars booked in for 9:30 and hadn’t finished these jobs. I went back to the garage at 11:20 to see if my car was ready to my disbelief my car was still parked in the same place I parked it and nothing had been done. Not being a happy bunny I complained. My vehicle was then taken into the garage and work began on fitting the 2 new tyres. I eventually left the garage at 11:50, one hour and twenty minutes after my appointment, this a total joke and should not happen if you have booked an appointment.

Had a slow puncture quickly identified by staff and repaired efficiently

I’ve booked my tires to be fitted at at a certain time. It took nearly an hour and a half to fit the four tyres at a cost of £600 for a kia. I was asked at the time do I want the tracking done as they do a free test? I said yes and when I went to pay the hand done it so then I had to wait longer.

Absolute waste of time. Booked my car in, no acknowledgment from staff when arrived only to be told “what was I here for” and my car “better not be in the way”
Waited for 1/2 an hour (despite having my car booked in) just to be ignored by rude staff.
Take your business elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs

New front tyres and tracking carried out.
Although the work was eventually carried out well the service was less than the usual efficient service I have had in the past.
I ordered the tyres on line and turned up at 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment and elected to wait. At 11:50 I was informed that I had ordered the wrong tyres. This apparently was an error on the website. I guess I should have checked. Alternative tyres were accepted and the work was then carried out in 40 minutes. As I had made an appointment I would have expected to be there for an hour, not two! Would otherwise have got five stars.

Excellent service and helpful friendly staff

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Online booking was easy and I would definitely use Protyre again and recommend to friends.
