First off - it was an easy walk to the tyre centre. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful - especially when trying to find a better deal for me and the correct tyre. Would highly recommend!

Friendly and professional guys and very helpful. Knew the warning issue and how to fix it.
Explained about the cost and were able to get an appointment sorted quickly.
Also advised about tyres and gave a quote which I am going to follow up and book an appointment by end of next week.

My warning light came on during my journey to Liverpool from Chesterfield on Monday morning (24th November)~ to inform me that my tyre pressures on my two front wheels were low.
As I knew I was really close to protyre at New Mills ~ I wasn’t too worried as I thought they’d quickly inflate the tyres for me.
However ~ what a disappointment ~ I went into reception ~ told the chap on reception the problem ~ and was brusquely informed that all his mechanics were busy ~ come back this afternoon. I asked again if he could get it sorted as I was on my way to Liverpool now and couldn’t wait until the afternoon.
No.
Not possible.
I am 73 years old. It was a five minute (if that!) task. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Honestly ~ what have we come to ~ no knights in shining armour here!
I was upset.
Rang my other half who suggested to find a Halfords.
I did.
They sorted it immediately.
Three minutes.
No charge.

Always vey sceptical of going to a tyre place, as I was ripped off once in Macc.. The team at Protyre were Very helpful with an issue I had with one of my wheels & explained the problems I had with my tyres as a result, even showed me what the problem was ....would definitely recommend 👌 I have given 5 Stars, but I'd put a + on that 😉

Got on with the job and did it well.
Tyre pressures were a bit random according to the cars monitoring system.
Not any consultation with the customer as when I asked what had punctured one tyres I was told they didn’t know.
Could do with more customer focus like the old team when it was selecta.

Good turn around and friendly staff
I dropped my car off last minute after having a tyre puncture and the staff were happy for me to leave it over weekend which was great.
They had the tyres in stock and could sort the work in one day which was great.
Felt it was pricey compared to other garages, but useful in an emergency.

Tyre change seemed fine but front…
Tyre change seemed fine but front suspension seemed noisy on journey home. Luckily had car booked in for service the day after. Mechanic found that the nearside track rod hadn’t been reattached after wheel alignment!! Not good 😳
