Friendly team, gave good advice on using the all-weather tyre I was going to have put on, advising it wasn't the right tyre and the reasons. Would use again definitely!

Went there couple of weeks ago for my mum's car to do tyre, exhaust and air-con check.

One of the guys there (tall, slim and glasses) he showed me the subframe of the car needed change as he claimed that since it was rusty, the whole engine could fall on the road at anytime, plus tyre change (tyres were almost brand new) and brakes (never checked the brakes at all).

He quoted me for £1500-1600, yet when I checked with a mechanic, he told me that the brakes were fine, the tyres are almost brand new and the rusty subframe is only there to hold the radiator, as the engine is bulbed in firmly on the actual car.

I could tell something wasn't quite right and I am thankful that I didn't let my mum going there on her own. Avoid them like a plague!

Terrible service. Booked appointment online through their own website. Called on same day of booking to ask to change tyres and told all good and refund for difference would be sorted on fitting date. When I turned up to appointment several days later, was told no tyres had been ordered even though they could clearly see my booking still on system and all paid for. Told to come back a few days later when they had now ordered tyres. Turned up on next agreed day to have tyres fitted and now told machine for alignment not working. Also told refund for difference in tyres would go through over the next few days and told to come back again in a few days for alignment (which was also already paid for) but would also get a call 1st to say when machine working. No phone call ever received or refund for tyre difference. Been into garage to complain again and to now ask for full refund for alignment and tyres, yet still not issued correctly. Told again would get a phone call the next day to resolve. Once again no phone call and no refund. Ive now had to escalate to area manager. If I don't get contact soon, will be raising to ombudsman and taking legal action against company. Appears to not just be me with same issues. Avoid

Great service and very helpful and friendly

Got tyers fitted 11th August and on doing so paid for tracking then to find out that there machine that did tracking was broken. Not a problem I thought as was told it was being repaired on the Thursday but after 4 visits to get my tyres tracked it was still broken . Was told I couldn't get a refund as the manager had to issue it ( he had not been there on the 4 times I had tried either). I was told to go to mitcheldever 30 minutes away to get the service that I had paid for. I wanted to support local but will never use or recommend them to anyone

Went in and spoke to Manager Dan to get my tires swapped from the front to back and re balanced. Manager Dan said he would get mark to do it for £20 cash at 14.30. When i arrived and explain it to Mark he said all jobs have to go through the books and would charge me £25 a wheel. so i left and went back to see Dan 17.00 as he has done cash work for me before only to find they were closed. i wasted a whole all because Mark refused to do a job that Dan had already agreed too.

Experts, quick and brilliant. They knew just how to deal with our unusual vehicle , the cost was half that of the market leaders, the website was easy to use and had important comparison information meaning that I bought budget tyres that out performed the market leaders, I saw which branch had my needs in stock, I booked for the next day no problem and no need to order-in our special need. thanks so much

Had air con regassed at the Newbury branch. Mark was very thorough, professional and helpful. He explained everything and did the whole job while I waited. Has made a wonderful difference to my car. Highly recommended five star garage.

Excellent service from Dan and Mark 16th April. They fitted 4 new tyres to my car having ordered them the night before to arrive early that morning. They noticed there was damage to the suspension on the nearside front, probably from a pothole. I have arranged to get it fixed next week and to have the tracking reset. Paul H
