Excellent service

Excellent service as always won't use anyone else

We ordered the tyres online and were able to drop off the vehicle at a set time. We were greeted on arrival and told how long the job would take, offered free coffee and could wait if we wanted in the waiting room.
The staff were excellent.

Professional friendly service, respectful of my car while changing the 4 tyres. Becky gave a very competitive price and ensured the tyres being supplied had the correct car makers notation.
I am happy recommending Protyre Pembroke Dock to friends with performance cars.

Great service good work quality

I always used to use pro tyre for all my MOT's and servicing. But I lost faith in my local branch after a poor service and the inability to get hold of the office at any time.
I booked a MOT with them for the first time in years because they were the only ones available at a pinch. Now I need to cancel, I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, and the reception was not manned when I went in to see them. Two members of staff in the shop ignored me for 10 minutes until I left. That's the last time I use pro tyre.

Even though all the computers were down, they were as professional as always.

Following on from my last review, and after car attending Protyre 3 times & still not fixed £900 later, we had to bring it to another garage, £180 & FINALLY fixed! Area manager rang & offered discount on tyres in the future as if we would ever go there again! Shocking service that I will be taking further!!

Woke up this morning to a flat tyre. Pumped it up and noticed a nail in the tyre. It was going down slowly. I drove to ProTyre and the service was superb. The tyre was fixed and the lady who had done the work was marvellous!!

I was late for an appointment and stressed with a completely flat tyre. The manager and her colleague immediately changed my tyre and gave very impartial but good advice on changing a second tyre. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and polite. I was informed about what was done to the car. Our car was put in to Protyre to have advisories on the MOT sorted. Car was under sealed and headlight fixed. Cost was reasonable.

On holiday in Wales in September 2024 with our motorhome I noticed the offside front tyre was losing pressure. I examined the tyre and found there was a screw embedded in it. I called in at Protyre Pembroke Dock on the off chance they could take a look at the tyre and they were extremely helpful. Without delay they had our motorhome in the workshop, offered us free tea or coffee whilst we waited and quickly carried out a repair to the tyre. Very friendly and helpful staff and I have no hesitation in recommending Protyre Pembroke Dock.

Everything went well. Staff very good and friendly. Only issue is the phone is necver answered.
