They offer a really honest service: explain cost of service beforehand. They tell you an exact time for drop off and collection. Great service.
Very friendly staff. The gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful, and the staff working on our car were thorough and attentive. Excellent service and would go back. Thank you!

When you buy direct from them they’re providing “ all the best” customer service recently bought 2 Pirelli all season front tyres 🛞 for my car ,after 2 weeks I have to replace my 4 years rear tyres 🛞 and purchase online payment by 3 monthly payment instalment,1 payment done 👍 when the order was confirmed with reference number and booking details isn’t on their on best interest as the payment was processed by a 3th party company so they didn’t have the same enthusiastic response and deny my booking supposed to be next day after my purchase ,and give the option to came Monday next week reason> as the “tyre’s wasn’t delivered “ and she is concerned why they aloud my next day booking tyre service ( true reason is as the payment wasn’t directly on their on bussines bank account and was purchased as I’ve said payment through online party company and they blame the system payment as the transaction wasn’t received ! So be careful the way you get in touch with them as the service provided isn’t as the best they advertised is all about the money 💰 not customer loyalty and honesty!

Not as quick as it used to be
If you book a slot it may overrun in time. Give yourself plenty of time even if you are booked.
hour 25minutes to fit 2 tyres. A lot has changed over the years.

Good price but slow service
Good price but slow service.
The good - competitive on price and took the time to order the tyres I wanted.
The not so good - took over 90 mins to fit two tyres despite booking an appointment time in advance.
Update - Spoke to very pleasant Customer Services Manager, who will look to ensure customers are informed of undue delays where unavoidable.
