Great price efficient service, only reason it wasn't 5 stars is TPS valves were not changed as requested. Error was quickly dealt with and refund given on pre paid order.
Always a professional service from Protyre. The staff are always polite and happy to explain works as well as not being pushy. Easy to book in online too.

Fantastic service, the gents in the office, especially Chris, helped me get the correct spec tyre that i was after. Professional attitude to my novice questions was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them and i will be returning for my next set.
Michelins all the way and they were very competative on price too.

Incorrect MOT booking time.
I was given an incorrect time for my MOT appt on the 6th Aug, I was told 9:30 when booking ,but was told it was 11:00 when I arrived for 9:30. This caused me a lot of inconvenience.

A quick and painless experience for…
A quick and painless experience for recharging my car AC. I booked online, turned up just 5 minutes early, technician took the car straight away and around 35 minutes later I was driving the car away with full ac again!

I really like the way that you now have…
IPRO TYRE POOLE I really like the way that you now have to book in for tyre fitting etc, as when I turned up for the work to be done it was completed within 10 minutes of the projected time, rather than hanging around for some considerable time like I have encountered at busy times.
The Gentleman who served me was considerate and knowledgeable.
Only small complaint 😀the coffee machine was out of order.
However as a result I went for a long walk and found a Starbucks coffee issues sorted.
All in all a great experience at Protyre.
