Poor customer service and disregard for personal vehicles
I had my car in to have three new tires fitted. After waiting 45-50 minutes my car was returned with only twontires on and were the wring ones. When this was raised the mechanic took my keys to my car and wheel spun my vehicle out of the car park and in to the garage at speed with no disregard for my vehicle or the health and safety of other customers that could be in the car park.

Very helpful and profficient
Dropped my car in for a quick check over of the alignment and for a look over. Kevin found my leak instantly and managed to fix it on the spot! (So thankfull for this!) My car was lower than expected but still managed to get the car on the ramp and tracked up :)

Blown away by their support and expertise
The whole team here but in particular Kev and simon, have been my absolute saviours this week, they have gone above and beyond for myself and my mum who both experienced extensive and multiple car issues over several days, not only physically supported us with repairs (and coffee) but they also gave us emotional reassurance when we literally had nothing left mentally. Would have been totally lost without them! Cannot recommend them enough, honest, reliable,professional and extremely compassionate. The only men I will ever need my life!! I will forever be a customer of Protyre, not just because I have useless cars but because I simply wouldn't trust anyone else like i trust these guys. Thank you for everything.

Always a prompt and efficient service. Staff are friendly and willing to help. I've had a few tyres repaired here over the years and the customer service hasn't dropped.

Honest and efficient
Honest and efficient. Dropped the car off for a full service and MOT. I knew what needed doing as I was told by the dealer I bought the car from. The lads spotted it and told me. It didn’t affect the MOT and is now booked in to be corrected.

I was hospitalised on the day of my MOT…
I was hospitalised on the day of my MOT and I rang to rearrange and they just were so helpful by saying just ring us when you're ready and we'll fit you in.
I managed to ring a week later and they got me in a few days later and sorted the car out quickly with what was needed to pass the MOT. Great service and thank you again.
