The garage were waiting for an oil key for my car so they delivered my car for the inconvenience of a longer wait which was much appreciated.

Friendly and honest, They could easily have sold me two new tyres at £500 but said I only needed a repair at £35. That was fine by me

Excellent service i was a little early for appointment and it wasn't a problem had a coffee whilst waiting, job was sorted straight away and I now have a fully functioning a/c

Delayed delivery of tyres to depot meant rearrangement of original appointment. Overrunning of appointments led to delay in starting tyre change and then very long delay as tracking on my Porsche Boxster could not completed being told that the equipment in the depot could not handle Porsche settings and incorrect readings were being given. Small refund given to reflect failure to track but reported that a mechanic had said they had problems before with Porsche yet recommended by them as a preferred Pirelli tyre supplier. That makes no sense!

Will not be using again.

Managed to get an MOT booked for the same day on a Saturday.

Bad points.
No MOT viewing area so I think they find faults that were not there when car went in.
Screwdriver hole in ball joint cover.
Burst brake pipe.
Wheel bearing. (Hub nut came loose)
To name a few.

Had 4 tyres fitted at a great price ,staff very friendly and professional.Have booked in for a service and an M.O.T in Sept 2025 so I will give a follow up review.

Excellent professional service with friendly staff who went that extra mile to ensure you understood what the problem was with your car and the best way to solve the issue it’s the first time I’ve used this garage and it certainly won’t be the last time
