I needed two new tyres ASAP and shopped around. I found Protyre website the easiest to use and was able to make an appointment online for the same day. Other national networks were unable to offer same day bookings, or have the tyres I wanted. Was impressed with the service received once on site at Chapeltown, Sheffield and would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Protyre did exactly what it said it would do. The quotation was competitive, the local fitting date and time were of my choosing, and could have been brought forward if I desired. The staff, on the fitting day, were very cheerful and helpful, and made the experience a pleasant one. I fully anticipate using this company again.

Always honest and reliable

I ordered my tyres online and booked the fitting at the Chapeltown branch. They rang to confirm a new fitting time because of tyre availability. After the fitting, they told me I needed a four-wheel alignment, but that branch doesn’t offer it – their Petre Street branch does.

They normally give 50% off tracking when you buy two tyres, and even though I bought and fitted mine at Chapeltown, the Petre Street team still honoured the discount. The guys there were genuinely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them.
