Excellent…
I telephoned this morning to make an appointment and was offered 1.30pm. Reception welcomed me and said it would take an hour, which it did. Ethan was very professional and Cassey could not have been more helpful.

Puncture quic fix
I had a puncture nesrby and drove to Protyre. They replaced the tyre promptly and I was on my way in less than an hour. Great

2 new tyres fitted to my car
2 new tyres fitted to my car. Job was done quickly and very well. Happy with the service I received. Staff made some recommendations on tyre choices which turned out to be a very good choice.

Wheel Alignment
Friendly staff but...no print out provided for the wheel alignment test. Was told that they come out of the printer 'at random times.' I phoned later to ask about it but the print out still hadn't appeared. Not great when you're paying £90 for this.

Puncture repair
Managed to fit me in as an emergency on a bank holiday when I had a puncture. Tyre could not be repaired and they were able to get me a new one the following day. Good service and communication.
Were also able to give me good advice over replacing tyres on another vehicle.

Timings
There seems little point in having timed on- line bookings when the timings have no correlation with reality.
