Very helpful good customer service

Do the job qouated. Not take it in then say "sorry, I thought I could do the job, but then said he couldn't do it!!

Had to use as I had a puncture and not sure how long it would hold air. Unable to do while I waited so offered me a booking 3.5hours later. Returned at booked time and car taken straight in. Repair completed quickly within 20 mins. Paid and asked for invoice but told already e mailed. I should have insisted (and verified cost of repair prior). Checked e mailed invoice - detail error - itemised as:
Puncture
Front toe alignment adju
Environmental charge
The repair was to rear tyre, no adjustments made.
I returned to site after querying 'enviro charge' . Not made aware at time nor understood reason for charge - apparently " charged on all our invoices - covers gloves etc" . I accept enviro charge is made on tyre disposal but don't expect additional charges for misc' sundries that would normally be expected to be included within the repair cost. Item charge refunded without issue. No indicative pricing on show. So, whilst I appreciated the uncontested refund, I t did occur to me, how many customers actually pay without query? In the scheme of things not a substantial amount (equivalent to 13% of total cost) but if it' an arbitrary charge - no doubt a nice little extra income ....?

Very friendly and knowledgeable chap running the front of house. Tyre fitting was fast and issue free. I will certainly use this place again.

My car needed 4 new tyres. Keith ordered the tyres for me and told me when they would be in. He took the keys from me when I arrived at the allotted time and managed the whole process. No stress

Hit a pothole on a long drive and this was the closest place to stop. Service was incredibly efficient and front desk very polite!

MOT sorted promptly and extra work required was advised before proceeding.

The people i had to deal with who were helpful and quick to complete the work required. All actions carried out in a light hearted way with a sense of houmore.

Got a puncture late on thursday night, booked in for 2 tyres at 8.30 next morning on their website.
Tyres were done by 8.50am. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Really helpful sorting out my tyres after my hitting an infamous pothole on my way into Tetbury. The good news is that the pothole has now been repaired too 🙂 New tyres arrived promptly as promised
