I’m giving 3 stars because
I’m giving 3 stars because, although the tyres themselves were fitted without any issues, the wheel alignment/balancing was supposed to be included in the service I paid for.
Unfortunately, they were unable to carry it out due to an issue with their equipment. I then had to take the car elsewhere to have the work completed, which cost me an additional £100.
Overall, the tyre fitting was fine, but the experience left me out of pocket, hence the 3-star rating.

My experience of dealing with protyre wellingborough is always 5 stars 🤩 for me. The team of guys are always super friendly and extremely helpful. They are always going the extra mile to give their customers a reason to come back time and time again!!! I trust them 100% and they will never try to over charge for the work they do!! I have been dealing with this garage for about 3 years now.. I would like to mention Andy ( Assistant Manager ) This man should be the manager in my opinion he is so nice and he knows everything. I explained a personal situation about myself at the time I was there quite recently.. He listened and was sympathetic and told me it would be resolved.. this was to do with a possible top mount job on my car.. He booked me in to check this out and to replace 2 rear tyres.. I arrived on the date to get this done and once I arrived I was then told by John the Manager that it had not been booked in correctly and that he couldn’t get work done and would have to rebook!!! I have to say that John the manager needs to learn about his people skills.. it did put me off to be honest. I found him to be quite stand offish especially as he was at the time on front desk.. A business like this needs a good manager who doesn’t claim to be doing everything himself and uses the term I instead of we!!!! He should value his team as they truly are the best, and they work extremely hard with very little appreciation from what I saw.. keep up your great work.. I am a customer that notices a lot going on around me. Huge thanks Andy and the rest of your team!! 😁👍⭐️👏
